Custom Corrugation Services

At Integrated Packaging Group we offer custom corrugation services that allow customers to design and contract their own corrugated products to minimize shipping costs and maximize material handling efficiency. We produce corrugated boxes, tubes, pads, trays, and Gaylord containers and set up boxes and dividers for both specialty use and high volume applications. Typical applications include but are not limited to the packaging of chemicals, paper goods, personal care products, food, and medical supplies. Packaging may be printed with colour graphics on request for branding or production identification purposes. With a wealth of existing tooling available, we are able to minimize set up costs for custom products. Production lead times are very short, typically only 5 to 10 days, with expedited service available to accommodate rush orders. Additional services include JIT delivery, inventory management, and warehousing. By allowing us to develop a custom inventory management plan, customers can receive optimal pricing without having to store an excess of packaging at their own facility. Recycling programs are also available to help customers minimize their costs by the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and environmentally sound practices.
